TEAMS: We help teams to build a common identity, clear metrics and operating norms, identify and engage their personal/team strengths, uncover and remove present obstacles, and make commitments to future growth and success. We are especially adept at forming new teams, assisting during challenging team transitions, and conducting Board/Leadership retreats. Where there is ambiguity and lack of direction, we help teams to create clarity, focus and motivation.
INDIVIDUALS: We provide transformative leadership coaching to help individuals reach their maximum potential. We specifically focus on Non-Profit/NGO Executive coaching, mid-level managers going through professional transitions and career coaching at all levels. We have a deep passion for serving persons of color, LGBTQ people, women and people with disabilities.
