MARK WILSON
As Founder of EMPOWER IMPACT CONSULTING, MARK WILSON is a HIGHLY-SKILLED facilitator, EXPERT strategy consultant, and trusted coach and adviser.
Mark brings 15 years of experience working with corporations, nonprofits, and educational institutions, such as Year Up, Clear Impact, University of Maryland, Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County, and Policy Studies Associates.
He has a deep background and expertise in Results-Based Accountability/Facilitation, Change Management Methodologies, Professional Coaching, Cross-Sector Leadership, Race Equity, Social Impact Strategies, and Employee Engagement/Culture Building and holds two Master’s degrees in Sociology and Social Work.
Through all of his efforts, Mark seeks to bring joy and curiosity to his work and help his clients feel the same. He loves tackling new challenges, leaning into difficult conversations, and using active empathetic listening, humor, and collaboration to create mutual gain. He is a lifelong learner who deeply believes that who you are today does not define who you can be tomorrow. Mark’s ultimate goal is to help clients achieve immediate results and build the capacity to sustain this success into the future.
